Executive Team

The executive management team establishes the group's strategy, company-wide processes and corporate infrastructure.

	Sigal First - Chairman of the Board Sigal has served as the company's CEO from 2001 until 2023, when she was appointed chairman of the board.
	Iftach Seri – CEO of CTS Iftach was appointed CEO of the company in 2023 after serving as CEO at Wavelength Pharmaceuticals
	Gadi Ben Nissim - EVP Corporate BD and Strategy Gadi joined the company in 2023 as EVP of Business Development and Strategy. Before that, he held a series of senior global management positions, in pharmaceutical companies in Israel and the USA.
	Chen Avraham - VP Human Resources Chen Avraham joined CTS in 2010 as Human resources manager. In her last job Chen Served as Human resources & serves manager at Zara Pull&Bear company.
	Guy Alon - Chief Financial Officer Guy was appointed CFO in 2023, after serving as CFO at Gadot Biochemical Industries.
	Evgeny Valdman - Chief Operating Officer Evgeny was appointed as COO after serving as COO at Emcure Pharmaceuticals
